Kathleen accumulated 26 Years of leadership experience with the US Government before turning herself to executive coaching and founding SECA in the USA. She patiently build the components of the program as you can find it today, before retiring in 2016 and leaving her legacy to the rest of the SECA team.
Ana Maria Maia Gonçalves
Ana has been living for 5 years in Malaysia, after having lived in France, Portugal, USA and Australia.
Ana draws from 20 years of experience as an IT industry executive, as an executive coach, and also as a conflict resolution expert and trainer. At Microsoft, she led a team of more than 150 customer support professionals before launching successfully a highly strategic Regional Support Center in Europe.
Ana coaches C-suite and Senior Leaders to help them find their responses to challenges in highly volatile and uncertain environments. Ana’s diversified experience give her the unique ability to assist her clients to think beyond the usual boundaries of problem-solving.
Frances is a Malaysian by birth, who lives in Malaysia and in Australia. She speaks English and Bahasa Malaysia fluently. Her career commenced in the academia (24 years) and moved into being a management consultant to MNCs in Malaysia and overseas; Finland, Denmark, Australia, China, India, Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia and Brunei.
Frances supports leaders in the key areas of development such as; Executive Leadership, Executive Performance, Talent Development, Managerial Skills, Behavioural Skills and Cross-Cultural Diversity. Frances currently sits on the following boards; the ICF Ethics Global Board Member (2016-2019), the ICF Nominating Committee (2018-2019), the ICF Core Competencies Review (2019). Being experienced with individuals in senior executive positions, Frances utilizes her coaching philosophy to inspire leaders and their teams to break their “mental barriers”.
Azman Sulaiman is a Senior Partner with Korn Ferry International Kuala Lumpur. Azman spent his formative professional career years with the UEM/Renong Group Malaysia, where he specialized in Professional Corporate Management, Leadership & Talent Development. He has more than 25 years cross- industry experience covering the Infrastructure, Oil & Gas and Property sectors.
One who is passionate about talent development, he has mentored and provided career guidance for years in personal and professional growth. He sees formal Executive Coaching as a logical next career avenue.
Azman is an avid sportsman and outdoor enthusiast. A lifetime member of Mercy Malaysia, apart from successfully attempting the AJ Hackett Bungee Jump in New Zealand, he lists among his more adventurous treks, Annapurna Base Camp Nepal and successful ascension up to Uhuru Peak, the summit of Mount Kilimanjaro, the top of Africa.
